Improved version of ZALA Kub-BLA

It has the same specifications as the ZALA Kub-BLA but with a more powerful warhead, a OFBCh-2.5 warhead with octogen (colloquially HMX), an explosive compound claimed to be 1.7 times more powerful than TNT
It begun to be supplied in late December 2023.

Starting 2025, Ukrainian units started reported the newly improved Kub-BLA, but this was never confirmed nor shown by any official sources.

In April 2025, Ukraine published a video of an attempt to intercept a Russian "KUB-BLA" with an FPV drone. From the interception photo there can be noted in addition to the bomb-like camouflage, a camera module has been installed.

In August 2025, Ukraine's Serhii "Flash" Beskrestnov reports that the Russians have begun using a new, reconnaissance version of the KUB-BLA that has a camera. On one wing, there's an 890-922 MHz antenna, and on the other, a 1900-2200 MHz one. The navigation module is standard, like in the Lancet. In addition to the parachute, there's also an inflatable cushion, just like in Zala's models.
